Ingredients Needed

  • 1 cup Organi sprouted ragi powder
  • 1/4 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/4 cup Organi desi ghee

  • 1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)

  • 2-3 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Roast Organi sprouted ragi powder in a dry pan until fragrant.

  • Add Organi desi ghee, grated coconut, and chopped nuts, mixing well.

  • Add jaggery and cardamom powder, stirring until the mixture combines.

  • Cool slightly, then shape into ladoos.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
