Ingredients Needed

  • 1 cup Organi sprouted ragi powder

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or apple puree

  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Organi Honey as per taste

  • A pinch of salt and cinnamon powder (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the Organi sprouted ragi powder, mashed banana or apple puree, and milk until smooth.

  • Add baking powder, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon if desired.

  • Pour a ladle of batter onto a hot, greased pan, cooking each side until golden brown.

Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit on top.
